PET Bottle Perforators
PET bottle perforators and plastic bottle crushers for tight uniform bales: stand alone, integrated with picking line or smaller scale with vertical baler
PET bottles need to be perforated to let out air to make consistent bales with good tonnages to make transport affordable.
The choice of perforator is down to throughput. We offer three types of perforator: two for high throughput volumes typical of MRFs and one for commercial use with a vertical or closed-end horizontal baler.
Industrial PET Perforators:
ZW-PF 44: throughput of 130 cubic metres (2 tonnes) per hour
ZW-PF 80: throughput of 220 cubic metres (3.4 tonnes) per hour
Both of these can be integrated in the picking line (see picture top right) or operate as a stand alone (see second picture down) for feeding with a bucket or by conveyor.
Stand alone: small commercial solution:
SA1049: for throughputs up to 2800 x 1 litres bottles per hour.
Baling PET bottles in a vertical baler rarely works but this machine solves the problem easily. This machine will crush and flatten PET bottles and aluminium cans which can then be tipped conveniently using the bag into the vertical baler.
