Static Roll Packer
Static Jumbo Roll Packers from Bergmann Direct: the Static Jumbo is the machine of choice for compacting waste in open containers, particularly wood waste.
The original Jumbo Roll Packer, or roller packer from Bergmann Direct, first designed by Bergmann over 30 years ago, is still the leading product of its type on the market. It compacts waste into 35yd3 and up to 50 yd3 open containers, with compaction ratios between 3:1 and 7:1 depending on the type of waste.
Different rollers on the arm of the Packer are available depending on the waste to be compacted. The Jumbo Roll Packer is able to deal with most waste, from wood to washing machines.There is a pre-set running time option and continuous loading is possible, therefore reducing labour costs.

An Example of compaction potential of the Jumbo Roll Packer:
A 40 yd3 container filled with pallets or comparable wood with an uncompacted weight of 2 tonnes, would result in a 10 tonne weight when compacted by a Jumbo Roll Packer. The ratio of 5:1 would reduce collections and associated costs by the same ratio.
