Bergmann Direct provides a full complement of support services for your recycling equipment.

We offer a complete maintenance and repair service for all the equipment we supply plus cross-industry experience on most industry brands of balers and compactors.

It is vital that installations of your recycling equipment are carried out properly and safely so you get off to a flying start. We have over 25 years' experience installing everything from small vertical balers, through compactors and roll packers up to large transfer station compactors for household names and local authorities across the UK.

Bergmann Direct provide operator and safety training on all installations so your staff will get the best use out of the equipment on day one. We also train your maintenance engineers if you want to carry out the maintenance yourself.

Our nationwide emergency breakdown service is available Monday to Friday with some availability at weekends with a call out response time of 24 hours or sooner.
